Eye Care Kenya 2011


The January 2011 team concentrated on irrigation and agricultural needs for the Kipkaren village. The team also assisted in creating a patio garden for the Living Room Hospice House located next door. The team even helped a group of local women learn how to quilt.

The are two videos taken during the January 2011 Kenya trip. The first one is an interview with the Kipkaren Clinic director, Michelle Kiprop, and how the availability of clean water affected the clinic. The other is an interview with Jennifer, one of the trip team members, talking about her experience helping the women of Kipkaren learn how to quilt.
